We're looking for a dependable Floor Technician / Housekeeping Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Comprehensive benefits package Stable full-time employment Supportive leadership team Opportunities for advancement and career growth Modern equipment and tools Team-oriented workplace culture What You'll Do as Floor Technician/Housekeeper Operate floor care equipment including buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, and vacuums Perform floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing Maintain hallways, resident rooms, offices, and common areas Assist with routine housekeeping and environmental services duties Ensure all work areas meet cleanliness and safety standards Respond promptly to cleaning requests and facility needs Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment What We're Looking For in Floor Technician/Housekeeper Previous floor care, housekeeping, custodial, environmental services, or maintenance experience preferred Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment is a plus Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment throughout the facility Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision At Accela Healthcare, every role contributes to the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
