Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable but not required. Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques as well as commercial cleaning procedures is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
