Job Description
Looking to make a little extra money in a low-stress work environment? Then this is the perfect position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Empty trash cans and place trash bags in the dumpster
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify Facilities Manager when supplies are low and provide purchasing list
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the
Facilities Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to understand a room-set up diagram and set up a room accordingly (i.e. fold up tables and chairs)
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
