Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across residential, commercial, or hospitality environments. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hotel spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas for efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling comfortably Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach toward clients and team members Basic familiarity with laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities is a plus Valid work authorization; previous custodial or janitorial experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Cleaning Professional and become part of a dynamic team committed to creating clean, safe environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
