We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services/Housekeeping Department at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and home-like environment for our residents. Under the direction of our Director of Environmental Services, you will perform assigned cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring compliance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations, and in order of priority established by your supervisor. Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc. Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our residents.
