Job Description
Overview Spark by Hilton Hershey Near the Park is seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused team member to join our hospitality team in a newly created Breakfast Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant position . This exciting role has been added as part of our participation in Hilton's Hot Breakfast Pilot Program , allowing us to test and enhance the guest breakfast experience at our hotel. The selected candidate will play a key role in the successful launch and operation of this new initiative while also supporting our housekeeping team in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property. Duties Prepare, present, and maintain hot breakfast items according to Hilton brand standards Set up, monitor, and break down the breakfast service daily Ensure all breakfast items remain fresh, stocked, and visually appealing throughout service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and serving stations Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist hotel leadership by providing feedback and observations regarding the pilot program Experience Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively hospitality setting.
