In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences the highest standards of hospitality. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures, following established standards. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks. Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold safety and quality standards. Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently while respecting guest privacy and comfort. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
