Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpets Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Execute kitchen cleaning duties including sanitizing countertops, appliances, sinks, and ensuring the space is hygienic for daily use. Uphold sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces regularly throughout the day Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with house cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and janitorial supplies Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.
