The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Provide floor care services such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and maintaining the overall appearance of floors. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained for efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of sanitation throughout all cleaning processes to ensure health and safety compliance. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold brand standards and improve cleaning protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with floor care equipment and carpet cleaning methods is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
