Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Execute specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and stripping floors to preserve their appearance and longevity Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with janitorial tasks in larger facilities or hospitality settings to ensure cleanliness meets industry standards Make beds hotel style Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly desirable. 3 years of experience preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Experience with customer service roles enhances the ability to meet client expectations effectively Embrace this opportunity to contribute your skills in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly enhance the comfort and safety of others. Smoking is never allowed on a job. $18-22/hr for Cleaners with no cleaning supplies. $20-$25/hr for cleaners with vehicle and their own cleaning supplies. must have smart phone and service connected to it to perform each and every job inside of our app.
