Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents or guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every area is spotless, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. Conduct detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper disposal of waste according to health standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and courteously. Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required to support household or hospitality needs. Manage custodial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and stored properly. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry services and carpet cleaning tools is preferred. Background in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments will be considered an asset. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices or supervisory roles can enhance your application. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
