Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or clients' requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and upholstery care using appropriate equipment and techniques. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance. Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a strong plus for understanding hospitality standards. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry operations and managing household or hotel linens efficiently. Knowledge of housekeeper management practices and the ability to coordinate cleaning schedules effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents or guests.
