What You'll Do:

Room Wizard:

Clean and maintain guest rooms and premises according to Willow Valley Associates and Hilton Brand Standards.

Linen Guru:

Collect soiled linens for laundering and store clean linens in the closet.

Detail Virtuoso:

Move and arrange furniture, change light bulbs, and replenish bathroom and guest supplies.

Trash Master:

Empty and clean wastebaskets, transport trash to disposal areas.

Cleaning Pro:

Sweep, dust, scrub, wash, polish, wax, and clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, floors, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, sills, metalwork, equipment, lighting fixtures, tile surfaces, and trim.

Lost & Found Hero:

Tag and turn in all lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper daily.

Laundry Helper:

Assist in laundry as needed.

Hospitality Champion:

Provide a superior experience to all guests by giving warm hospitality and executing ways to exceed expectations.

Qualifications of Housekeeper:

Experience:

1 year of experience in a similar position preferred.

Certifications:

Hilton Brand Training required upon hire.

Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively present information.

Physical Demands/Environment:

An active role where there will be frequent standing and walking to occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Enjoy a bustling environment where every day is just a little different.
