  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and common areas. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all items are in proper working order. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management. Skills Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
