Job Overview...............Call 814-333-1205 We are seeking dependable Housekeepers, Janitors and Leadership Personnel to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality cleaning services across a variety of settings, ensuring spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities:
Leadership Personnel Perform a leadership role by maintaining high standards for cleaning teams Conduct check systems to insure all scheduled cleanings are on time and completed with quality workmanship. Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned locations. Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to Operations Mnager promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members. Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately for each job site. Interact professionally with all current and future clients. Experience Prior leadership experience Ability to train staff protocols. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.

Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities. Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned locations. Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members. Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately for each job site. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers. Experience with commercial cleaning tasks such as floor stripping, waxing, or carpet cleaning is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, buffers, mops, and disinfectants. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
