Housekeeper

Housekeeper Silver Spring Personal Care is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas as directed by the supervisor. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean and sanitize resident rooms to ensure a safe, hygienic, and orderly environment. Maintain housekeeping equipment, tools, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and functional condition. Keep all work areas neat, safe, and free of hazards. Follow established cleaning procedures, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines. Assist with other housekeeping-related duties as assigned to support the cleanliness and safety of the facility. QualificationsExperience Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, particularly in a senior living, healthcare, or residential setting. Experience working with older adults is preferred. Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
