Job Description
Springton Lake Village, a well-maintained 55+ residential community in the Media / Newtown Square area, is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. Our safe community includes approximately 40 private homes and a clubhouse. Our housekeeping team provides weekly cleaning and periodic deep cleaning in a respectful, stable environment. Our housekeepers have historically remained with our community for many years. Why This Job Is Different Monday-Friday schedule () (flexible within a weekday schedule) Work in one small private and contained community (very short drives between resident homes) Small, supportive team environment Stable, long-term position Opportunity for future full-time position (with benefits) if available and desired Pay $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Routine housekeeping in resident homes Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas Assisting with twice-yearly deep cleaning Maintaining the community clubhouse Supporting team members during vacations and absences Qualifications At least 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience Experience in residential cleaning preferred Comfortable working with senior residents Reliable, professional, detail-oriented Valid driver's license and transportation Ability to pass background check Strong references Benefits for Part-Time Position Paid breaks and time off Flexible schedule Stable weekday hours
