Position Overview Forge Hospitality is seeking a dependable and hardworking Houseperson to support housekeeping operations at our Holiday Inn in Morgantown. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting room attendants, and supporting overall housekeeping efficiency. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and backofhouse spaces. Assist room attendants by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies. Remove trash and soiled linens from guest room floors. Stock housekeeping closets and maintain supply levels. Respond to guest requests for items such as towels or amenities. Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly. Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments. Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or facilities experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and flexible. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
