Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, countertops, and appliances. Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and appropriate maintenance techniques to preserve their appearance and longevity. Manage kitchen tasks such ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-organized. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, respecting their preferences, and addressing any special requests. Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and overall sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting moderate loads, bending, and reaching comfortably. Familiarity with housekeeping management or custodial experience is advantageous. Valid driver's license may be necessary depending on the job location; reliable transportation is preferred.
