Most weekends (Friday through Monday) require 3-4 housekeepers from around 9 am to 4 pm, 10am to 5pm, or 11am to 6 pm, depending on the day. The perfect candidate will have experience Housekeeping team at the hotel, focusing on the hotel rooms and floors specifically. in Hotel Operations and Housekeeping. We are seeking a skilled individual who can work independently and collaboratively to host our guests, including overnight guests, at the Switch House Hotel in Fishtown. The hotel is located in the renovated Peco Power Plant. Qualifications Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length

Position Overview:

A Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests. This is part of the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Previous Front Desk/Guest Services or hotel experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

Mobility is required during the entire shift Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
