Housekeeper Housekeeper responsibilities

Include:

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces. Follow daily housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned. Dispose of trash and recyclables properly. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff. Follow infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (not required but a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Good communication and time management skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
