In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across residential or commercial spaces, providing exceptional service to clients and guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and products Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of hygiene Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for residents or guests Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routines for maximum efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Knowledge of various cleaning methods including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients or guests Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Experience with hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management is a plus but not required Familiarity with safety standards related to sanitation and cleaning chemicals Nice-to-have skills include cooking skills for meal preparation assistance or light household chores related to hospitality services Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that leave lasting impressions!
