Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall hygiene across various residential and commercial settings. Your energetic approach will ensure spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming for clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine environment. Handle residential cleaning tasks such as kitchen and bathroom sanitation, laundry, and organizing living spaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care procedures using appropriate equipment and techniques to extend the longevity of flooring surfaces. Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by following established cleaning protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service visits. Manage janitorial responsibilities in commercial settings, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to client specifications. Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with laundry services and general janitorial duties is a plus. A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed.
