Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs promptly and professionally. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and floor maintenance to preserve the longevity and appearance of surfaces. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Prior janitorial or custodial experience in hotels or hospitality settings is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry operations and stain removal techniques. Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required.
