Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be the cornerstone of guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas. Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to maintain their appearance and safety. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure all areas are fully equipped for guest needs. Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks, including waste disposal and deep cleaning procedures. Maintain cleanliness standards by inspecting work areas regularly and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Adhere to hospitality industry best practices by providing friendly service and respecting guest privacy at all times. Support housekeeping management with inventory management, documentation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures to deliver consistent quality. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
