Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring types to restore their shine. Ensure all areas are sanitized effectively, adhering to health and safety guidelines for a hygienic living environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any concerns promptly. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus. Strong skills in cleaning, sanitation, and floor care are essential for delivering exceptional results. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to work independently with energy and motivation in a fast-moving environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times.
