Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Conduct floor care activities like carpet cleaning, polishing, and buffing to maintain pristine surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by following established protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is in good working order Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for all Qualifications Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning procedures Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward teamwork and task completion MUST pass drug test and background check MUST hold own general liability insurance

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
