Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in creating welcoming environments by performing thorough cleaning, organizing, and sanitation tasks. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and residents, making their spaces inviting, hygienic, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-kept. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling. Execute specialized cleaning procedures such as carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and window washing to enhance overall space appearance. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols to ensure hygienic spaces. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors. Familiarity with housekeeper management practices and scheduling is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
