Housekeeping and Laundry Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and comfortable for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment. Manage the dry cleaning process for guests, ensuring garments are handled with care and returned promptly. Inspect rooms and facilities for maintenance issues or safety hazards, reporting them as necessary. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when reordering is needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred. Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and laundering techniques. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
