Job Description

Residential Cleaning Technician (Part-Time or Full-Time) Daytime Hours. 401(k). Paid Training. Growth Opportunities. Chester County & Main Line. Love cleaning? Go Green Cleaning Experts is an established, locally owned residential cleaning company serving Chester County and the Main Line. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working independently, providing exceptional customer service, and making a difference in our clients' homes. Experienced residential cleaners are strongly preferred, but we will train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
What We Offer:
$18-$20+ per hour (based on experience). 401(k) retirement plan. Paid training. Performance bonuses and customer tips. Mileage reimbursement. Flexible daytime schedule. What You'll Do:
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas using our proprietary 52-Point Cleaning System. Deliver exceptional customer service in every home. Work independently and manage your daily schedule. Take pride in attention to detail and consistency. Communicate professionally with clients and our office team.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Reliable and punctual. Friendly and professional. Detail-oriented. Able to work independently (this is primarily a solo cleaning position ). Comfortable being active throughout the day. Eager to learn and grow with our company.
Requirements:
Previous residential cleaning experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Reliable vehicle with insurance. Ability to travel throughout Chester County and surrounding communities. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass a background check.
