Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, and other common areas in residential or commercial properties. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management promptly. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Requirements Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills a plus Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks. Flexibility in schedule availability is desirable to accommodate varying client needs.
