TEAM LEADER FOR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING COMPANY

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Cleaner Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations within private residences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role involves supervising and helping cleaning teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to lead a team while delivering exceptional cleaning services tailored to our clients' needs. This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. This position is a DAYTIME position for residential cleanings from Monday through Friday.

Duties Lead and supervise a team of residential cleaners to ensure quality service delivery Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to meet company standards Conduct quality checks on completed work, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, laundry, and floor care Maintain supplies inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipment Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations during all operations Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus Strong background in floor care, sanitation, and general custodial duties Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in cleaning or hospitality environments preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy leading teams and delivering top-quality residential cleaning services.
