Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit Maintain cleanliness of your tools and supplies, ensuring all equipment is in good working order for efficient service Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning techniques to promote a healthy environment for clients and team members Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning sessions Skills Proven experience in residential or commericial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and light carpet cleaning methods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Experience with laundry services preferred Familiarity with kitchen cleaning tasks such as cooking area sanitation and appliance maintenance is a plus Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
