About Navastay Navastay Vacations is a rapidly growing vacation rental management company serving Florida's Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches. We manage vacation homes on behalf of property owners and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences while protecting our owners' investments. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Housekeeping Operations & Quality Coordinator to oversee housekeeping operations and quality control throughout our portfolio. This is not a desk job. You will spend the majority of your time in the field inspecting properties, supporting cleaning teams, solving problems, and ensuring every guest arrives to a five-star experience. Position Summary The Housekeeping Operations & Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, managing housekeeping teams, performing quality inspections, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring all properties meet Navastay's cleanliness and presentation expectations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, creating their own schedule, solving problems, and taking ownership of results. Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Coordination Schedule and coordinate all vacation rental cleanings Serve as the primary point of contact for housekeeping staff Ensure all cleanings are properly staffed and completed on time Communicate daily with cleaners regarding schedules and expectations Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new cleaners Maintain housekeeping coverage for all properties
  • Quality Control & Property Inspections Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals Inspect properties alongside cleaning teams when necessary Verify cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action is completed Maintain and update property-specific cleaning checklists Ensure company cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Inventory & Supplies Monitor inventory levels across all managed properties Coordinate restocking of guest supplies and amenities Track damaged, missing, or low-stock items Recommend inventory improvements and replacements Ensure properties remain properly stocked for guests
  • Guest Experience Respond to cleanliness-related concerns and emergencies Coordinate corrective actions when issues arise Work closely with Operations to ensure guest satisfaction Review guest feedback related to cleanliness and identify trends for improvement
  • Team Accountability Hold cleaning teams accountable to company standards Provide coaching and feedback when necessary Ensure compliance with company procedures and checklists Promote a positive, professional team culture Schedule & Availability Hospitality operates seven days a week.
This role offers significant flexibility and autonomy; however, candidates must be responsive and available to address operational needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Many weeks allow flexibility in scheduling inspections and field work. Success in this role is measured by results, responsiveness, and property readiness rather than traditional office hours. Travel Requirements This position requires frequent travel throughout: Sebastian Vero Beach Fort Pierce Port St. Lucie Jensen Beach Stuart Jupiter Palm Beach Gardens West Palm Beach Reliable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish Reliable personal vehicle Valid Florida driver's license Ability to travel throughout the service area Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Smartphone and basic technology proficiency
