Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping within hospitality settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus.
