In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that our environment remains welcoming, pristine, and aligned with the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience while working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their shine and safety. Assist with furniture arrangement, restocking supplies, and preparing rooms for new guests or events. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces regularly. Contribute to industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing appropriate equipment and safety procedures. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for optimal use. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors. Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality environments is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to follow safety protocols while operating cleaning machinery and handling chemicals. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of service.
