Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold a pristine appearance. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability. Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning tasks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution. Adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption. Ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines. Requirements Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Cleaning supplies. Transportation of your own. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures; certifications are a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude with a proactive approach toward maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
