Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs courteously and professionally during visits. Manage janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations across all cleaning tasks. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial environments is highly preferred. Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management is a strong plus. Familiarity with laundry operations and handling different types of fabrics or linens. Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial equipment effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
