Core Responsibilities Room Transitions:

Strip and refresh bedding, sanitize bathrooms, and restock guest amenities according to brand standards.

Detailed Cleaning:

Vacuum carpets, mop hard flooring, dust all surfaces, and clean mirrors/windows to ensure a spotless finish.

Facility Care:

Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, the lobby, and other shared spaces throughout the property.

Inventory Management:

Keep your housekeeping cart organized and notify management when supplies or linens are running low.

Proactive Maintenance:

Identify and report any furniture damage, leaking faucets, or lighting issues to the maintenance team immediately.

Quality Control:

Conduct a final walkthrough of every room to ensure it meets our "ready-to-stay" criteria.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous background in hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or residential cleaning is highly valued but not required.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stay on your feet for your shift, move cleaning equipment, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Efficiency:

A knack for managing your time so that all assigned rooms are completed to a high standard before check-in.

Team Spirit:

A positive attitude and the willingness to help fellow team members during busy periods or special projects.

Reliability:

Consistent attendance for morning shifts and a professional approach to guest privacy and safety.
