Hotel Conversationist

Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness standards, supporting floor care, and assisting with various custodial tasks to uphold our high-quality environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities through thorough cleaning and sanitation Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces Support janitorial and custodial tasks, including waste removal, restocking supplies, and detailed cleaning routines Assist with housekeeping management by coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards Conduct routine inspections of hotel areas to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to uphold health and safety regulations Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication transforms guest stays into extraordinary experiences.
