Your attention to detail helps ensure every guest arrives to a home that is clean, welcoming, fully stocked, and ready for a five star stay. Responsibilities Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all living areas Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Clean appliances including refrigerators, ovens, and stovetops Wash, organize, and put away dishes as needed Make beds and replace linens and towels Restock guest amenities and household supplies Verify inventory levels including dishes, cookware, silverware, and household essentials Inspect homes for damages, maintenance concerns, cleanliness issues, or missing items and report findings promptly Ensure each property meets Heartwood's guest ready standards before arrival Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures Work efficiently to ensure homes are guest ready on schedule Collaborate with the housekeeping and operations teams to provide an exceptional guest experience Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel or residential cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent time management skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Smartphone capable of downloading and using company apps Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, stretch, climb stairs, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day Availability to work at least one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday) Schedule Full Time Day Shift 8 Hour Shifts Rotating Weekends Weekend Availability Required Heartwood Furnished Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
