Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication ensures guests enjoy a memorable stay, feeling valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment while honing your cleaning and custodial skills. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all areas spotless and inviting Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products Assist with inventory management by stocking cleaning supplies and guest amenities as needed Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is a plus Commitment to maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all guests Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
