Job Summary:

Best Western Housekeepers ensures guest rooms and public areas meet high sanitation and comfort standards, typically cleaning rooms within 30 minutes. Key duties include cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning:

Clean assigned guest rooms to Best Western standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

Bathroom Sanitation:

Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms, including toilet, shower, tub, and sink.

Linen Management:

Change bed linens, towels, and bath mats, ensuring fresh items are replenished.

Restocking:

Replace room amenities such as soaps, tissues, coffee, and brochures.

Safety & Hygiene:

Follow strict cleaning protocols, including "We Care Clean" standards.

Maintenance & Security:

Report any maintenance issues or broken items and secure guest rooms during the cleaning process.

Guest Service:

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Physical Requirements & Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for the full shift, push/pull heavy supply carts, and lift up to 30+ pounds.

Physical Movements:

Constant kneeling, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting.

Experience:

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not always required.

Typical Working Conditions Schedule:

Full-time or part-time, often including weekends, holidays, and day shifts.

Works with minimal supervision, following a checklist
