Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. Your proactive approach ensures a comfortable, hygienic, and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Maintain cleanliness of all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Manage laundry operations efficiently by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and guest clothing with care and precision Conduct routine floor care tasks including buffing, polishing, and deep cleaning carpets to ensure pristine flooring throughout the facility Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed to maintain operational readiness Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry materials to optimize resource use Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Familiarity with safety guidelines related to industrial cleaning products and equipment usage Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
