Residential Cleaning Specialist

Duties Travel in your own vehicle is required and non negotiable. Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and other designated spaces Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry services to meet client expectations Maintain high standards of cleanliness by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring all areas are hygienic Manage household chores efficiently, including organizing clutter for a tidy environment Handle custodial responsibilities with professionalism, including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly preferred Experience with commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning enhances your suitability for this role Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning supplies ensures quality service delivery Demonstrated ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and manage custodial responsibilities with attention to detail Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor are essential for building client trust Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping can provide valuable insights into maintaining high cleanliness standards Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to creating clean, comfortable homes!
