The Common Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public and shared spaces, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and other designated areas. This position ensures that all common areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards, providing a welcoming and safe environment. This is a year-round position and weekends are required.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all assigned common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells. Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels in public restrooms. Deliver requested items to guest units. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Monitor and report any damage or needed repairs in common areas. Follow safety protocols and use proper signage when cleaning. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
