Hiring for Sleep Inn Mount Pleasant Sleep Inn West Ashley Best Western Charleston Inn Duties Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine flooring throughout the hotel Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance guest satisfaction Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, adhering to health and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to promote a welcoming atmosphere Follow established janitorial procedures for waste disposal and chemical handling safely and efficiently Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and industrial cleaning supplies enhances performance Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates a strong understanding of customer service expectations and cleanliness standards Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous for those interested in career advancement within the hospitality industry Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail •Full Time •Must be available to work weekends - open availability appreciated Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness that elevates guest experiences!
