In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and providing a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of those we serve. Duties Bed & Bath:

Stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, replacing towels, and thoroughly sanitizing toilets, showers, and sinks.

Sanitization:

Disinfecting high-touch points like TV remotes, light switches, and doorknobs.

Dusting & Flooring:

Vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and dusting furniture.

Restocking:

Refilling bathroom toiletries, coffee supplies, and minibar items

Common Spaces:

Dusting and mopping lobbies, hallways, and waiting areas.

Maintenance:

Promptly reporting issues such as burnt-out light bulbs, broken fixtures, or plumbing leaks.

Lost & Found:

Logging and turning in any personal items left behind by guests.

Privacy & Security:

Respecting "do not disturb" signs and adhering to the hotel's confidentiality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific client requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to meet deadlines and quality expectations Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong plus Familiarity with laundry operations and sanitation procedures is essential Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Demonstrated proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable environments!
