Housekeeper

Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, and common areas regularly to promote health and safety. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care procedures using appropriate equipment to preserve flooring quality and appearance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Follow established custodial procedures for waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in residence cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and sanitation supplies. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently. Experience in laundry services or housecleaning management is a plus. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with residents or guests while addressing their needs efficiently.
