The ideal candidate is detail oriented, trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards in residential homes. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces. Maintain professionalism and positive communication with clients. Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently. Use proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Report any damages, issues, or supply needs promptly. Provide exceptional customer service during every visit. Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional house cleaning experience required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must own a working cell phone. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Applicants must provide their own basic cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be dependable, professional, and detail oriented.
